JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Coordinator Video Production & Post-Production is responsible for the execution of video capture and post-production activities across channels and end uses.

• This role focuses on short-form and ambient motion content for site and social platforms but may also include other video projects as assigned.

• The individual will report to the Manager Video Production & Post-Production facilitating video capture editing and related post-production activities to ensure that all projects are delivered at the highest quality possible.

Responsibilities:

• Execute video capture and post-production work as assigned.

• Organize and manage creative assets project files and design deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Provide technical and creative recommendations for video capture editing and delivery.

• Lead on-site video capture for short-form content using cameras lighting and audio equipment.

• Edit video footage and integrate content from external vendors and partners.

• Utilize editing color grading motion graphics and other post-production tools for high-quality results.

• Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

• Package and release final design deliverables and archive final files per standards.

• Support asset metadata tagging and management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 2 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment.

• Strong communication organization and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and Creative Suite required.

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve preferred.

• Knowledge of camera operation set lighting audio recording and color correction preferred.

• Experience with RED camera systems a plus.

• Bachelors degree in Video Production Broadcast Photography Design Marketing or Communications preferred.
