This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Remote). In this role, you will have a significant impact on promoting human rights in supply chains by managing project activities related to child labor interventions in India. Your leadership will directly contribute to the establishment of a coalition aimed at ensuring fair practices among suppliers and local stakeholders. With a focus on governance, assessment, and capacity-building, you will drive positive change and aid in developing sustainable practices in the natural ingredients sector.

Accountabilities

• Lead the project planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities.
• Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan and track key indicators and outcomes.
• Oversee partnerships with local implementing partners, processors, and suppliers.
• Organize and facilitate partner coordination meetings, learning workshops, and field visits.
• Develop progress reports, case studies, and internal updates.
• Lead procurement processes, including Terms of Reference and RFPs.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects focused on children’s rights and human rights due diligence.
• Background in project monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite; experience with MacOS preferred.
• Strong writing skills with experience in report authoring.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and data accurately.
• Commitment to protecting workers’ rights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and program management skills with attention to detail.
