Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, values, and best practices
Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that impact team productivity
Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization
Track and report sprint progress using Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, etc.)
Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment
Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean methodologies
Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SM, etc.)
Experience working in software development or IT projects
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
