Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day sales and leases, including prospecting and lead generation through various channels (in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses).
  • Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts.
  • Represent buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, managing client issues and coordinating with third-party entities.
  • Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active California Department of Real Estate (CA DRE) real estate salesperson or broker license required.
  • Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere and foster good relationships with tenants, vendors, co-workers, and management.
  • 1-5 years of experience in the real estate industry with a valid license.
  • Experience in lease administration and project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and editing skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong math and analytical abilities.
  • Strong visual design acuity and proficiency in planning, organizing, and managing time effectively.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere and foster good relationships with tenants, vendors, co-workers, and management.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
