Our accounting team at Castle Volkswagen of Downers Grove is seeking someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and motivated to come on board as an L&T Clerk. Does this sound like you? License and Title Clerk Responsibilities

• Write license fee refund checks, clean title schedules.
• Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Post accounting entries related to DMV and wholesale transactions.
• Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership.
• Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.
• Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information.
• Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls.

License and Title Clerk Qualifications

• At least three years of license and title experience
• Knowledge of the following software:Tekion, CVR, ATC
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with dealership processes and systems
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing
• Strong organization & time management skills
• Self-Motivated, Team player, with attention to detail
