As an Entry-Level Management Trainee , you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and event coordination. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals who want to learn, grow, and contribute to something that matters.
Engage with customers in retail environments to promote charity campaigns and inspire donations
Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Assist in planning and executing in-store marketing events and outreach campaigns
Deliver exceptional customer service and clearly communicate campaign goals
Support and mentor new team members as you grow into leadership roles
Track and analyze campaign and performance metrics
