Our client, a successful law firm with deep roots in the community, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join their team in Mary Esther, Florida. The ideal lawyer will have over 3 years of experience and hold a Florida Bar license in good standing. Key Responsibilities - Associate Attorney:
· Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases
· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
· Represent clients in court hearings and trials
· Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
· Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case strategies
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
· Active membership in The Florida Bar
· 3+ years of experience as an attorney preferred
· Experience in litigation related to real property, construction law, or contested probate is a plus
· Strong research and writing skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
