Overview

 

**This position is contingent upon contract award**

 

SOSi is seeking a Travel Coordinator to join our team in Reston, Virginia supporting travel arrangements for our government customer.

 

Essential Job Duties

 

  • Schedule required training in association with overseas deployments.
  • Schedule and make flight arrangements, hotel/billeting, and car rentals for overseas travel.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government travel regulations.
  • Knowledge of various host nations to support country travel requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickup/drop-off times.
  • Assist in processing documentation such as passport visa and other clearances.

Qualifications



Minimum Requirements

 

  • Must have current TS/SCI + Poly government security clearance.
  • 2 years’ experience with US government travel regulations and overseas travel support.
  • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of ticketing transactions, rerouting and exchange processes.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess effective organization, problem-solving and time-management skills.

  • Normal office working conditions
  • Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
