Job Title: Social Worker – Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Location: Lewiston, ME
Duration: 12+ weeks contract (Extendable)
Pay rate: $40 to $45/hr
Shift Timing: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday (5 days/week) | 30-minute meal break
Requirements:
Must hold a current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license
Minimum experience in social work, preferably in a clinical or community setting
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Strong communication and documentation skills
Commitment to client advocacy and support
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive social work services to clients at Marshwood Center
Assess client needs and develop individualized care plans
Facilitate referrals to community resources and support services
Collaborate with medical, nursing, and therapy staff to ensure holistic care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings
