Job Description

Invisible Narratives — the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio — is looking for a Social Creative Producer who can connect story, strategy, and execution. You understand how to take a raw idea and shape it into something that hits: a campaign, a post, a video, a tone. You can brief it, write it, and see it through production.

You’ll be responsible for concepting and writing social campaigns, developing creative briefs, and overseeing projects from ideation to delivery. You’ll work with internal videographers, editors, and motion graphic artists — as well as external freelancers — to make sure everything is on-brand, on-tone, and delivered on time.

This is a contract position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop creative concepts, briefs, and campaign directions across social media and digital marketing.
• Write copy for posts, short-form videos, ads, and creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure execution matches creative intent.
• Guide creative tone, story, and structure through every stage of production.
• Manage timelines and deliverables, keeping multiple projects organized and on schedule.
• Translate creative direction into clear, actionable notes for editors, designers, and producers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A creative storyteller who understands social-first content and digital tone.
• Experience writing and producing for entertainment, animation, or brand campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational instincts.
• Comfortable managing creative workflows between multiple teams and freelancers.
• Ability to turn direction into execution quickly, efficiently, and creatively.

WHAT WE’RE NOT LOOKING FOR

• Writers who only write — this role is half creative, half production.
• Producers who can’t think creatively or craft tone and story.
• Anyone who needs heavy oversight — we move fast and value autonomy.
