Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Accounting Operations Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our SAP accounting operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to meet business needs. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP systems, accounting principles, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements related to SAP accounting operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions.
• Provide support for SAP system configurations and enhancements.
• Identify and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst, specifically in accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to finance and accounting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with system testing and user training is a plus.

Pay Range: $75 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
