The Nursing Supervisor enjoys the ability to travel to client’s homes, unlike working a floor at a hospital or a SNF. Not only does the Nursing Supervisor have one on one interaction with our clients, will also provide training and supervision of the Home Health Aides. The Nursing Supervisor specializes in evaluating medical and non-medical needs and coordinating the appropriate services to make sure their clients receive the care and services most suitable for their unique situation.
