About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Revenue Operations Manager. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role supports efforts to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

 

You’ll help continue alignment of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations by optimizing processes, systems, and analytics that support HeroDevs’ revenue goals. This position is highly collaborative, working closely with the Director of Revenue Operations and key cross-functional stakeholders. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing development and optimization of Revenue Operations processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive efficiency and alignment.
  • Help develop and implement data-driven strategies that support revenue growth and enhance decision-making.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing Salesforce and other go-to-market technologies to ensure effectiveness and data integrity.
  • Support efforts to identify and remove bottlenecks in the revenue cycle to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations and key stakeholders to ensure processes align with compliance and regulatory standards.
 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth environment.
  • Experience with process creation and optimization that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other go-to-market tools commonly used in Revenue Operations.
  • Ability to gather requirements and design solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fundamental understanding of typical goals and strategies employed by cross-functional stakeholders, particularly marketing and partner functions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven success collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience managing forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with external agency collaboration to meet business goals.
  • Understanding of best practices in evaluating and implementing go-to-market technologies.
