The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our Sales team by managing post-sales processes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-sales process, meticulously reviewing and processing new customer applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, product details, and any inquiries, providing timely and comprehensive responses.
  • Foster and nurture ongoing client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues or concerns efficiently.
  • Liaise with sales representatives to accurately address customers' sales-related queries and provide necessary support.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services to effectively support our sales efforts.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in relevant trade shows, actively engaging with attendees at the Valor PayTech booth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or account management.
  • Prior experience of 2+ years in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, etc., and MS Outlook is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to adapt and learn new skills quickly in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Social media experience, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, is advantageous.
  • Experience working in trade show booths or public venues is a plus.
