Project Overview

We are seeking dynamic and versatile contingent workers to join our HR department for a period up to 24 months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our HR team, contributing to various projects and tasks critical to our success while our team is engaged in an HR transformation project. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain comprehensive HR experience within a supportive environment

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, negotiating offers, reviewing backgrounds, and onboarding candidates.

• Establish relationships with hiring teams to understand their needs, and team culture, and share best practices of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

• Leverage sourcing techniques and candidate outreach to ensure a diverse slate of underrepresented populations.

• Review recruitment data to make informed decisions on hiring strategies.

• Consult and collaborate with internal teams on best practices for logistics, benefits, systems, and additional areas to ensure a positive hiring experience.

• Document processes, maintain records, and update candidate status in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for record compliance and data accuracy.

• Represent Client at conferences, career fairs, and other recruitment events, across numerous markets and professional communities.

• Office 365 proficiency

• Ability to communicate laws, regulations, employee policies, and procedures related to talent acquisition.

• Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels and business units.

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and problem-solve multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Ability to learn and research new information for hiring teams.

• Exhibit discretion, judgment, and professionalism around confidential and sensitive information.
