Join Our Team as a Receptionist/ Scale Operator!

Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and managing a variety of tasks with efficiency and accuracy? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our team at Dakota Hardscape Supply in Harrisburg SD , starting as soon as June 9th!

Hours: Monday-Friday 12PM-5PM, Sat 8AM-12PM

This is a seasonal position, our season ends around December

Rate: $18.00 - $21.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls and emails, and provide accurate information or transfer inquiries to the appropriate department
• Operate the scale to weigh incoming and outgoing trucks, and accurately record and maintain records of materials
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
