Job Description

Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of three (3) years supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates without associates degrees will be considered on a case by case basis and may be required to have additional years of experience.
At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence
Proven ability to coordinate program-related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support program operations.

Day to Day:
• Supports planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
• Assists in the development of management plans and the preparation of cost and performance reports.
• Assists in coordinating project activities, including work package drafting, work breakdown structure management, and related program functions.
• Manages logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities essential to program execution.
