Production Supervisor - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 80k/year - Gallatin, TN

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, ensuring excellence in production, quality, safety, and team development. The Production Supervisor role is hands-on and leadership-focused, working directly with production teams while driving efficiency, growth, and alignment with the core values of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership for factory operations, including production, quality control, equipment maintenance, and workforce planning.
  
• Supervise and support teams across Welding/Fabrication, Paint/Prep, and Product Finishing/Install, ensuring progress toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  
• Develop and implement systems to track performance, monitor productivity, manage pay tiers, and oversee training, advancement, and performance reviews.
  
• Partner with HR (“Culture Creator”) on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; lead corrective coaching and offboarding when expectations are not met.
  
• Ensure compliance with company standards on attendance, safety, productivity, and quality.
  
• Build a positive, values-driven workplace culture where manufacturing is both engaging and rewarding.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing operations or related field.
  
• Strong skills in goal setting, process improvement, and team development.
  
• Ability to balance hands-on floor engagement with strategic oversight.
  
• Ability to be on-site daily and arrive prior to 6:00 AM production start.
  
• Willingness to work until production goals are met.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 70k - 80k/year range plus an annual bonus.
