**Job Description**
**Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential**
Join Amcor as a Press Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality packaging that makes a global impact. You'll run a 6-color rotogravure press, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
**Schedule**
+ Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

+ Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week

**Job Description: Possibility Unpacked**
What you'll do:
+ Set up and operate rotogravure press to meet quality/productivity goals
+ Monitor color accuracy and print quality
+ Troubleshoot equipment and printing issues
+ Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
+ Inspect and correct materials during production
+ Complete required documentation
+ Assist with training team members
+ Communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and co-workers
+ Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements
**What We Want** **From** **You: Lead the Pack**
Preferred qualifications:
+ 3+ years web handling and 2+ years rotogravure press experience
+ Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
+ Ability to distinguish colors accurately
+ Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
+ Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
+ Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality
