Your Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on care needs and health management
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
Qualifications:
Current Arizona RN license (in good standing)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and organizational skills
