With a strong reputation in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning, our company has built a trusted brand and a system that delivers results.

This is not a typical job — it’s a unique opportunity to become a local owner-operator, backed by a proven business model, full training, and ongoing support. You’ll start by running day-to-day operations and delivering services, then transition into managing a team and scaling the business in your market.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing daily operations, job scheduling, and service quality

• Hiring, training, and leading a team of field contractors

• Providing exceptional customer service from quote to completion

• Selling services to new customers and managing relationships

• Overseeing payroll, budgeting, and invoicing

• Using our systems for job tracking, sales, and communication

• Growing the Columbus territory through local marketing and outreach

• Performing services in the field initially, with plans to transition into a full leadership role as your team grows
