This Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a Level III NICU setting within a high-volume delivery hospital. The RN will provide specialized care to neonates requiring intensive intervention, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and adhering to established protocols and standards of care.

Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care to neonates in a Level III NICU.
- Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing intravenous lines.
- Performing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting patient progress.
- Collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Responding to emergencies and providing life support as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and timely medical records.
- Participating in educational activities and continuing professional development.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a Level III NICU.
- AHA BLS certification.
- NRP certification.
- Proficiency in Cerner electronic health record system.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
