Role Scope: Creative social media apps

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop digital marketing performance channels to drive new customers at efficient cost-per-account. Experience managing Meta, TikTok, SnapChat required.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make quick adjustments to ensure delivery of goals within given budget and efficiency parameters.
• Identify and test new opportunities in audience and creative targeting.
• Collaborate with North America go-to-market teams to understand upcoming campaigns and translate into channel strategies.
• Work closely with external media agencies to plan, review and optimize media in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive briefing, adaptation, translation, and localization of North America creative campaigns and concepts into audience-specific and channel-relevant assets to be used in marketing campaigns.
• Draft and submit briefs to Western Union's creative studio, detailing creative development needs, timelines, and other relevant considerations for the corridor in question
• Serve as marketing team's liaison to the creative studio, tracking progress of asset adaptation and delivering finalized brand and legal approved assets to marketing and agency teams in an organized manner
• Work closely with media agencies to report on performance of creative assets, sharing feedback and optimization recommendations with in-house creative studio to inform future adaptation and transcreation work
• Collaborate with Global Brand team on tentpole campaigns and creative needs to inform future global toolkits.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media
• Experience working in agencies.
