We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook / Kitchen Staff member to join our dynamic team at Sister Lakes Brewing Company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering our exceptional menu offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and flavor, while contributing to an engaging kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistent taste and presentation.

• Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
