The firmâs Land Use and Environmental Group advises on major public and private development projects throughout California. The team handles sophisticated matters involving land use entitlements, regulatory permitting, environmental compliance, and related litigation.
The firm is seeking an Of Counsel attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join its Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego office.
Candidates will work on complex land use and environmental matters, including:
Advising clients on land use entitlements
Leading regulatory permitting efforts
Managing environmental review processes
Supporting or handling land use litigation (preferred but not required)
Qualified candidates should possess:
7+ years of relevant land use and environmental law experience
Deep knowledge of CEQA , as well as California planning and zoning laws
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
