Made in the USA, New and Remanufactured Ammo Company is looking for an Industrial Machine Operator to join their team!

Industrial Machine Operator Duties:

• Operators will be using several different types of machines that perform different processes, with a similar interface.
• Priming- we have 2 priming machines that load and press-fit primers into brass cases automatically. The operators will be using an HMI control system and will be responsible for replenishing the primers and cases as required.
• Loading-we have (6) ammunition load machines that take primed brass (from the previous operation) and meter in gun powder, load a bullet, press fit the bullet, do a dimensional check, and then expel the completed round into a bucket.
• Lastly, there is an automated pack out machine that takes completed rounds and automatically loads them into the plastic trays for packaging. Ammo trays and finished rounds are loaded into the machine, and the operator interfaces with an HMI.

Industrial Machine Operator Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience operating industrial machinery with both push-button and HMI interface.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and clear basic faults is required.
• Candidate must have the ability to operate load/unload components from machinery in the 25lb range.
• Experience and knowledge of lock-out/tag-out procedures for safe access to machinery.
• General Assembly experience preferred.

Hours: Hours may vary. Typical hours are 8 am-5 pm. This is a Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.

Pay: $19-$21 based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
