Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
Providing a warm welcome to all our guests
Make guests feel comfortable while waiting at the front desk.
Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with each guest and employee
Protect the privacy of our guests
Ability to be resourceful, calm, and proactive when issues arise
Professional correspondence via email, and phone calls both internally and with guest
