✔ Turn vacant units into move-in ready homes (make-readies)
✔ Complete work orders in occupied & vacant units
✔ General repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry
✔ Exterior maintenance support as needed
✔ Deliver great customer service to residents
✔ Greet & tour prospective residents
✔ Follow up with leads, calls, and emails
✔ Assist with applications and leasing paperwork
✔ Create a welcoming experience for residents & prospects
✔ Maintenance: 1+ year of apartment, hotel, or commercial maintenance experience
✔ Leasing: Customer service, hospitality, retail, or leasing experience preferred
✔ Reliable, professional, and motivated individuals
✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills
