Reporting to the Director Legal Operations, the Healthcare Compliance Specialist will ensure the organization adheres to healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies. Daily responsibilities will include conducting thorough audits and investigations, identifying areas of non-compliance, and implementing corrective action plans. The Healthcare Compliance Specialist will work closely with various departments to develop and deliver effective compliance training programs, ensuring that all staff are informed and up-to-date on relevant healthcare standards and practices. Additionally, your role involves monitoring regulatory changes and advising on necessary policy updates, assisting in maintaining the highest levels of ethical standards across the organization.
