Job Description

Do you have a strong desire to assist others in achieving their personal fitness goals? Then you're just the person we're searching for as our next personal trainer at our busy fitness studio! You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Our ideal applicant has expertise as a fitness instructor or trainer, as well as great customer service abilities. Apply now if you're eager to help our clients get healthy and fit! Responsibilities:

Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations
Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk

Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
