Job Summary: In a company built on skilled specialization, we're looking for a dedicated Gypsum Installer / Plasterer who takes pride in doing one thing exceptionally well. You'll join a coordinated team where each member focuses on their core strengths, no juggling trades, just mastering your craft. From small repairs to large installations, you'll deliver clean, precise finishes that set the standard. Key Responsibilities: # Install and finish gypsum boards (drywall) on walls, ceilings, and partitions # Prepare surfaces and structures for plaster or board application # Apply finishing coats, including taping, joint compound, and sanding # Ensure all surfaces are level, clean, and ready for painting or decoration # Repair and patch damaged plaster or drywall # Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, following coordinated job planning # Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times # Follow building codes, company standards, and safety regulations Requirements: English is a must Valid International Driving License Proven experience in gypsum installation and plastering Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality Ability to work efficiently within a team of specialists Good physical condition and comfort working at height or in varied spaces Familiarity with tools and materials used in drywall and plaster work Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Vocational training or certification in construction or finishing trades Experience in both residential and commercial projects Understanding of moisture-resistant systems and acoustic or fire-rated solutions
