Location: Lacrosse, WI

Employer: NorthWest Shipping Inc. (Local FedEx Ground Contractor)

Compensation: $1,700–$2,200 bi-weekly (Full-Time)

Ready to start your new career? NorthWest Shipping Inc. is seeking dedicated, motivated, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as full-time or part-time FedEx Delivery Drivers in Lacrosse, WI.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle on town and rural routes
• Deliver and pick up packages from residences and businesses
• Follow route schedules using navigation systems and written instructions
• Prioritize safety, efficiency, and top-notch customer service
• Lift and transport packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely, up to 150 lbs. with equipment)

Driver Route Expectations

• Rural Areas: 50–75 stops per day
• Mixed Routes: 75–100 stops per day
• In-Town Routes: 110–160 stops per day

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance per FedEx dress code
• Load/sort packages for efficient delivery
• Communicate effectively with your manager and team
• Be punctual and reliable every day
• Work in all weather conditions

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a FedEx background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages (up to 75 lbs. routinely; 150 lbs. with a hand truck)
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart delivery, Uber, or Lyft is a plus, but not required
