Job Description

Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from start to finish based on client requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
• Develop event budgets and ensure that all aspects of the event are executed within those financial limits.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation arrangements.
• Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and on track to meet deadlines.
• Oversee on-site management of events, ensuring all details are attended to and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed events.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
