Job Description
:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate events including corporate functions, private parties, and special occasions.
Manage event logistics such as venues, catering, audiovisuals, and transportation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide tailored event solutions.
Prepare event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor event operations on-site and resolve any issues promptly.
