Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Sales Philosophy: Follow the AIL Sales Philosophy while achieving monthly sales goals.
• Client Conversion: Turn incoming prospects into multi-line clients with tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead Management: Respond to leads promptly to maximize opportunities.
• Client Workflow: Track your client interactions while maintaining organizational standards.
• Policy Knowledge: Learn our insurance policies inside and out – no prior knowledge required!
• Team Player: Contribute positively to the team, supporting colleagues and company goals.
