Courier Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor)
Location: Dover Oh
Pay: $21/hour with a guaranteed 2-hour minimum per route ($42 minimum). Paid every two weeks via direct deposit.
Seeking delivery driver for a dedicated route on Fridays beginning at 9am. The route averages 4-6 hours.
Job Overview
We are seeking reliable independent contractor courier drivers to deliver wholesale liquor orders to bars and restaurants. Drivers will pick up cases from state liquor agencies and deliver to multiple locations within the surrounding area.
Responsibilities
Pick up liquor cases from state liquor agencies
Deliver orders to bars and restaurants on assigned routes
Load and unload cases (up to 35 lbs per case)
Use a smartphone app to receive dispatches, track routes, and confirm deliveries
Provide professional and reliable service to customers
Requirements
Independent contractor (1099)
Must use your own vehicle (any vehicle type accepted) with general liability insurance
Valid driver’s license
Good driving record
Clean background
Smartphone (we use an app to track dispatch)
Ability to lift and carry cases weighing up to 35 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Vehicle Requirements
Any reliable vehicle (car, SUV, van, etc.)
Vehicle must have general liability insurance and in safe operating condition
