Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Disclosure & Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to start a long-term career in the mortgage industry. You’ll primarily assist with the loan disclosure process, making sure documents are accurate and compliant, while also being cross-trained to help with other key operational functions such as processing support, file management, and client communication. Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing and sending initial and updated loan disclosures
• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with loan officers, processors, and clients to gather needed information
• Help track and document the progress of active loans
• Support various departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Learn and apply compliance and mortgage regulations through hands-on training

Qualifications:

• No prior mortgage experience required (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology and data entry
• Team-oriented and eager to learn
• Reliable, positive attitude, and a willingness to grow within the company
