We are seeking a highly driven Director of Amazon Marketplace to own and lead our third-party (3P) Amazon business. This role will be responsible for full P&L ownership, strategic planning, and execution of all aspects of our Amazon channel. You will lead the end-to-end management of our account, including assortment strategy, marketing, operations, and performance analytics, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on our top-line revenue and brand presence on the world’s largest online marketplace. You’ll have the opportunity to launch new brands and grow current brands with high visibility to Executive Management. This full-time position reports to the Head of Indirect Sales and is located in Redwood City, CA. The team member is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.

The base pay range for this position is: $170,000 to $213,000. Please note that placement within the posted salary range is based on several factors, including geographic location, experience, skills, alignment with role requirements and other job-related factors. It is uncommon for offers to be made at the top of the range, as this typically reflects a candidate who exceeds all role requirements and brings significant, directly applicable experience. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
