Direct Service Professional (Full-Time)

Pay: $13–$16/hour (based on experience)
Bloom Consulting is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Service Professional (DSP) to join our team in Kingwood, TX. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they work toward greater independence and community engagement.

Support individuals in developing life and vocational skills

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must pass background and reference checks
