Job Title:  Data Analyst
Job Location:  Bengaluru, IN (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our BI Customer Support team. The role focuses on supporting business users, managing BI platform access, maintaining Tableau dashboards, and contributing to data modeling within a modern cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for BI user support, resolving day-to-day queries and issues.
• Manage and process access requests for  Redshift ,  Tableau , and other BI systems.
• Develop, update, and optimize  Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Work within the  Medallion architecture , helping define and refine Gold layer outputs.
• Perform routine analytical tasks using  SQL and  Python .
• Communicate insights, issues, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical users.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in  Tableau (minimum target: 8/10).
• Solid hands-on experience with  SQL ; ability to work with large datasets.
• Working knowledge of  Python for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as  Redshift ,  Databricks , or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-support skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting BI platforms or analytics workflows at scale.
• Exposure to modern data engineering practices and cloud data ecosystems.
