This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in India .

In this role, you will own post-sale customer relationships across the APAC region, ensuring successful onboarding, strong product adoption, and long-term value creation. You will act as a trusted advisor to customer leaders, translating business needs into analytics-driven outcomes. Working in a fully remote, globally distributed environment, you will balance strategic account management with hands-on enablement and support. The role combines customer engagement, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal product and engineering teams. You will play a critical role in driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Your impact will be reflected in customer outcomes, renewals, and sustained platform adoption.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of APAC customers throughout the post-sale lifecycle
  • Lead customer onboarding, including planning, data readiness, enablement, and go-live support
  • Deliver live product trainings, workshops, and demos for both technical and non-technical users
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to define success metrics, track outcomes, and demonstrate value
  • Drive product adoption while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, issues, and day-to-day support needs
  • Document, triage, and escalate product issues, coordinating closely with engineering and product teams
  • Monitor customer health, manage renewals, and proactively mitigate churn and risk
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation, success plans, and account records
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Analytics, or similar client-facing SaaS roles
  • Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience delivering live trainings, onboarding sessions, or customer workshops
  • Solid understanding of business analytics, data preparation, analysis, and reporting concepts
  • Familiarity with analytics or workflow-based tools such as Alteryx or similar platforms
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical, analytics-driven solutions
  • Strong ownership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Currently employed in a product-based organization
  • Ability to work APAC hours from India
