About the Job:
Full-Time Concrete Finisher
Schedule: Monday – Friday with availability to work weekends as needed

** CA Driver's License and a minimum of 5 years of concrete finishing experience are required.

About Us: At LOT Commercial Property Services, we specialize in commercial properties and outdoor retail spaces.

 

About You: You are an experienced Concrete Finisher with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of concrete finishes and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Place, spread, level, and finish concrete for floors, sidewalks, slabs, curbs, and other structures.
• Apply various finishing techniques (trowel, float, broom, stamp, stain, or polish) to achieve specified textures and appearance.
• Set, align, and remove forms; ensure proper grading and slope.
• Monitor the curing process and ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of verifiable concrete finishing experience.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, finishing tools, and surface treatments.
• Ability to read and follow plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.

Preferred:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in commercial or residential projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Stamina to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

NOTE: Lifting and carrying weight exceeding 50 lbs. is often accomplished with assistance from one or more people
