We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Outreach Assistant (Entry Level) to join our team! This role is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or anyone passionate about working with people and supporting community-focused initiatives.

Assist with planning and executing community outreach campaigns and events
Represent clients at local events, fundraisers, and community programs
Interact with community members, answer questions, and share information
Help with event setup, logistics, and day-of operations
Track outreach efforts and prepare reports on engagement and results
Collaborate with team members to improve outreach and communication strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with the public
Highly organized with attention to detail
Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field a plus)
Previous experience in customer service, community engagement, or events is helpful but not required
