LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing nonprofit here in Chicago in their search for a Chief Marketing Officer.
The CMO leads the organization’s marketing and communications strategy, driving brand awareness, growth, and mission impact. As a member of the senior leadership team, this role provides strategic vision and oversight for marketing, communications, and brand positioning, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all internal and external channels. This position pays $225k+ as a base salary, dependent upon experience, and offers a full suite of benefits including (but not limited to): summer Fridays, fitness center benefits, short-term and long-term disability, medica insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k, and a generous PTO policy.
This position requires the candidate to be in office three days a week in Chicago.
