Job Description

Paradise Custom Kitchen is seeking a full-time cabinet finisher. Benefits include medical insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, company paid life insurance, and 401k.

In the role of Installer, you will be responsible for the following essential functions:

• Read prints
• Install cabinetry per print
• Help unload and inventory cabinets on-site
• Frame, trim, tear-out, etc. per plans

To be considered for this position you must have the following qualifications:

• Experience in cabinet installation and trim work, cabinet finish and touch-up
• Ability to read prints
• Be able to lift up to 80 pounds

Other important information to consider:

• The hours for this position are 40 – 50 hours per week.  Occasionally, more hours may be requested. A company vehicle, cell phone, and credit card for purchases is provided.
• The position involves working closely with the Operations Manager-Project Coordinator and

Site Supervisor-Installation Manager. The individual will also be communicating with the homeowner and subcontractors.

• This position requires the individual to be knowledgeable about our products, be courteous, and professional.
• This position requires the installer to be familiar with PCK’s job site procedures and safety procedures.  The installer is responsible to maintain the company vehicle, tools, and company supplied materials.
