Job Description

Base Shanghai(50%) & Switzerland (50%) Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update the C-Level's calendar, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are accurately recorded and prioritized
2. Coordinate with internal and external parties to schedule meetings and conference calls, including handling invitations and confirmations.
3. Plan and organize all travel itineraries for the specific C-Level, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
4. Ensure travel arrangements are efficient, comfortable, and adhere to company policies and budget constraints.
5. Conduct thorough research on destinations, including local customs, business etiquette, and security considerations
6. Prepare necessary travel documents, visas, and itineraries.
7. Arrange for meetings and presentations, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready and in place.
8. Coordinate with other assistants and support staff to manage logistics for larger events or off-site meetings
9. Serve as the primary point of contact for the C-Level, managing incoming communications and directing them as appropriate
10. Draft correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the C-Level as needed.
