**Job Summary and Responsibilities** Responsible for design and build of all technical designs for multi‐platform applications and software, and coordination of data discovery and validation process, based on project lead and end user specifications. Develop business intelligence solutions, reports, and analytics as well as maintain collaborative relationships with business users and application teams to meet the information and reporting needs of the organization and create alignment with strategic initiatives. Organize training and development of business analyst team to ensure proficiency of application reporting and analysis of data to identify process improvement opportunities. 1. Lead "Modern Business Intelligence" work, focused on streamlining efforts with users to develop management dashboards and provide coaching to leaders on developing specific data sets using dashboard technology. 2. Develop and implement data warehousing, interactive analytic reports, and dashboard solutions utilizing the organization's business intelligence tools. Work with executives on how to align dashboard reporting with strategic planning exercises. 3. Identify ETL build architecture and optimal use of dashboard solutions based on departmental analytical requirements. 4. Design and generate complex reports out of multiple applications, to provide end users with data required to make timely business decisions that impact organizational improvement. 5. Maintain end user reporting tools and systems, in order to provide access, ensure accuracy of reporting, resolve defects and issues, and improve delivery of up‐to‐date data to meet business demands. 6. Provide technical and business intelligence training and support to departmental teams in order to increase effectiveness of applications and analysis of data and optimize performance improvement initiatives. 7. Perform data analysis, data mining and profiling, as well as build/effort estimates for projects and initiatives based on system capability, to deliver information solutions to improve departmental processes. 8. Responsible for documentation and procedures for business continuity and disaster recovery as it relates to submitted project solution designs. 9. Provide technical support, including specialized technical coding and problem tracking and resolution. 10. Implement DAR ( Dashboard, Analysis, Reporting) Methodology for optimal applications development **Job Requirements** **_Required Education and Experience_** - Bachelor's Degree - Six (6) years relevant experience - Advanced scripting skills in Microsoft SQL server and Oracle - Advanced use of Microsoft BI Technology (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS), QlikSense and other BI tools **_Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities_** **_and Training_** - Excellent written, verbal, and critical thinking skills, including system and business analysis, problem analysis and resolution. Must be able to understand technical concepts of system environment. - Experience facilitating user based analysis, data discovery and data standards in alignment with control chart processes. - Able to display a strong customer service attitude while remaining organized and detailed in increased pressure situations. - Able to problem solve issues and identify potential opportunities through continual process improvement efforts. - Experience with large enterprise healthcare EMR system applications (EPIC, MediTech) - Knowledge and understanding of business process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, gap analysis, measurement system analysis, and other documentation required for project analysis, planning, and design. **Where You'll Work** CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health.
