We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager with strong front-end and F&I expertise to lead our sales team and drive continued success. Position Overview The Sales Manager oversees new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, profitability, and team performance. This role requires an experienced automotive professional who can balance leadership, process management, and hands-on engagement with both the sales and finance teams.
