Location : Cardinal Ritter College Prep
Reports To : Head Girls Basketball Coach and Athletic Director
Season : Winter Sport

Cardinal Ritter College Prep is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Girls Basketball Coach to support the head coach in all aspects of the basketball program. This role includes player development, team support, and contributing to a disciplined and competitive team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and conducting practices and games.
• Provide skill instruction and support athlete development.
• Encourage academic achievement, teamwork, and character development.
• Support game-day management and film review as needed.
• Assist with program logistics, including uniforms, equipment, and travel.
• Serve as a positive role model and uphold team values and expectations.

Job Requirements

• Previous basketball playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• MSHSAA certification or eligibility.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
