Apartment Leasing Manager Responsibilities
Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent; Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers
Assist in managerial duties when needed
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
Prepare reports and paperwork
Lease property
There are 90 units on property!
Apartment Leasing Manager Required Skills And Experience
Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIRED
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter and time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Professional attitude, appearance and work ethic
Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
